Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, Power Systems (BOP)

Bloom Energy in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Staff Failure Analysis Engineer to lead root-cause investigations on BOP, Hot Box, and server components. This on-site role requires coordinating with field service, quality, reliability, SQE, and design teams to drive rapid, evidence-based corrective actions.
Responsibilities include planning tear-downs, documenting results with photos and measurements, using FRACAS, and developing lessons learned for next-generation products.
