Entry Level Sales Representative

Kalispell Concepts is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Missoula. This is a great opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, front desk, guest services, or sales who are looking to build a career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll represent a leading wireless brand and help customers find smartphones, wireless plans, mobile technology, accessories, and related services that fit their everyday needs. You'll work directly with customers, learn their needs, answer questions, recommend products, and create a positive experience from start to finish. Along the way, you'll develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, communication, relationship building, and business development. Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional customer service and create a welcoming customer experience. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Present and explain smartphones, wireless plans, mobile devices, accessories, and related services. Help customers compare options and find solutions that fit their communication and technology needs. Create a positive experience similar to the high level of service expected in hospitality, retail, and guest-facing environments. Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable product information. Follow up with customers and maintain accurate customer information. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Stay informed about new smartphones, wireless technology, promotions, and product features. Participate in paid training, team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: We're looking for motivated, personable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and are excited to learn. You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Hospitality Retail Restaurant or food service Guest services Sales or business development Call center or client support Events or other people-facing roles Previous experience in sales is helpful, but not required. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate: Enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. Has strong verbal and written communication skills. Is comfortable speaking with customers and learning about their needs. Has an interest in smartphones, wireless technology, mobile devices, and consumer electronics. Is dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
