- Support broader HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow
- Hands-on payroll processing experience required
- HR generalist experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll
- Strong knowledge of ADP, Workday, or another major HRIS/payroll platform
- Ability to balance hands-on payroll responsibilities with broader HR initiatives
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
