You will serve as a premier technical expert diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems for a trusted, family-owned industry leader. How You Will Make an Impact

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues on residential HVAC units to ensure accurate repairs.
• Repair and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and high-efficiency residential equipment safely.
• Educate homeowners on system status, maintenance needs, and tailored comfort solutions with full transparency.
• Perform thorough system tune-ups and preventative maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with proper inventory to maximize efficient daily workflow.
• Mentor junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and high-standard customer service practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Section 608 Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Proven experience independently troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems in customer homes.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, combustion, and control systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and options to homeowners.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC technology a plus.
• Service plumbing a plus.
