Must Haves:
- Looking for Data Modeller and Data Architect, skill set is pretty much similar.
- Prior exp with Data Modelling either logical or physical
- Should be able to do top to bottom analysis of the Model.
- Exp with Data architecture
- Exp with the Data Modelling tool like Erwin or Hackolade
