3x12 hour shifts per week, from 15:00 to 03:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a community hospital and regional referral center. The facility is Joint Commission accredited and boasts 171 beds, with a Certified Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma designation. The RN will provide care to a mixed patient population, including geriatric, adult, and some pediatric patients, with varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care in an ER setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately using EHR (MedHost EDIS).
• Assist with trauma, STEMI, and other urgent cases requiring rapid response.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Current TNCC and BLS certifications.
• Valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Ability to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility if required.
