Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, and other relevant experience are a plus.
