Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate to join its practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate finance, working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers in finance transactions. Duties Draft loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents. Advise on covenant compliance. Lead due diligence teams. Manage specialists and draft documents. Requirements Three to six years of experience in corporate finance. Experience with financial institutions or private credit lenders. Excellent writing skills and superior academics. Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Proficiency in managing complex transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
