Scrubber (1099 Contractor)

NoScrubs is a tech startup building the future of laundry service. We are looking for motivated people to join us as Scrubbers, the powerhouses of our operations. If you like the flexibility of the gig economy and want to be part of a fast-growing company, this is for you.

As a Scrubber, you are an independent contractor with total control. You claim the orders you want, work when you want, and earn at your own pace.

Earnings

• Pay Structure: $18 flat rate per order + weight overages + 100% of your tips.
• Freedom: No uniforms. Just dress comfortably and work at your own pace.

The Hiring Process We value your time, so we keep things moving.

1. Online Application: A 5-minute initial form.
2. Phone Screening: A 5-minute introductory call.
3. Onboarding: A one-time, 2-hour in-person session at our Tempe office (Mill Ave & Broadway).

Note: Onboarding sessions occur on select weekdays at 12:00 PM. We conduct a background check during this session.

The Role

• Total Flexibility: Claim orders 7 days a week between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• The Workflow: Pick up laundry from a customer, head to one of our partner laundry facilities to wash, dry, and fold, then deliver it back to the customer.
• Supplies Provided: We provide all detergent and laundry supplies—no out-of-pocket costs for you.
• Choose Your Area: You can choose to claim orders in whatever part of town works best for you.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance.
• A reliable, closed-roof vehicle.
• Ability to lift/carry up to ~50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for several hours while processing orders.
