The PWM Wealth Strategist is responsible for working with Private Wealth Advisors to develop and bring new client relationships generally above $10MM net worth into Private Wealth Management. The strategist helps with client discovery and works with wealth management specialists to deepen and broaden relationships with existing clients. The Wealth Strategist will work closely with other members of the relationship team to meet all of the client’s wealth planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer needs. The strategist will serve as a subject matter expert in estate and income tax planning, protection planning, business succession planning, philanthropic strategies, and trust and fiduciary advice. Leveraging thorough knowledge of all Wealth products offered by U.S. Bank, including fiduciary products, the strategist identifies and implements strategies in partnership with the client’s external and internal advisors. The focus is to grow the PWM business within the assigned market by utilizing an established professional network in the local and/or regional market. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Typically 10 or more years of wealth management experience with high/ultra‑high net worth clients Preferred Skills/Experience Strong attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Broad knowledge of fiduciary, tax or estate planning products, services, and strategies Experience drafting or reviewing estate or business documents Strong sales and business development acumen Benefits Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 – $149,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
