This is a PRN opportunity, at least 2 weekend shifts a month, one major and one minor holiday. Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines adjusting the treatment plan as needed./li/ulpstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/pullistrongEducation: /strongBachelors of Science, Occupational Therapy.
