Unit Manager (RN/LPN) - Lead Long-Term Care Team

Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 104-bed skilled facility in Leesburg, VA, seeks a Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate care plans, maintain regulatory readiness, and promote infection control and HIPAA compliance while supervising staff and collaborating with physicians and families.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
