Div. 48 Orlando, FLSummaryAssist in the installation of wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire protection piping, valves and accessories for commercial, residential buildings, and industrial applications in compliance with current codes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist in the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems per specificationsLays out strings (pipe) along designated pipeline settings in field.Connects pipe, using snap lock or wrench to tighten collar clamp.Attaches revolving sprinkler heads to vertical pipes at designated points along pipeline.Communicate with foreman and/or superintendent any safety hazards and discrepancies found on job site.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Adhere to company safe working policies and procedures at all times.Additional Requirements:Pre-employment drug screens; overtime may be required.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED; or 0-6 months related experience or training.Century Fire Protection is one of the largest and most successful full-service fire protection companies based in the Southeast and we are still growing!
