LRE Foundation Repair is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient and effective operations for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in our company's database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and correct data discrepancies and report any errors to management
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports for various departments
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents in a timely manner
• Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
• Follow data entry procedures and policies to maintain data integrity and security
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in data entry is a plus
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and security policies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
