Collaborative environment working alongside experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and fellow OB/GYN Physicians. Hospital Facilities: Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually Onsite Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists Dedicated OB ED Compensation and Benefits Include: Annual Salary prorated based on 1.0 FTE salary of $395,000 Sign-On & Relocation: Comprehensive packages available for full-time physicians. Clinic: Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures. Hospital: Perform deliveries, surgeries and managing obstetric emergencies Collaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in a heavily co-managed care model. Engage in innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Mentor and support junior staff and residents. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
