Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to set protocols.
• Verify results for precision, resolve technical issues, and undertake regular maintenance and calibration duties on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab processes, mentor new staff or students, and help uphold high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
