Inner Mastery, LLC is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team in Keizer, Oregon. In this full-time, remote role, therapists will deliver high-quality mental health services and support individuals struggling with emotional disorders. Work Environment\nAs a fully remote position, this role allows for a flexible work environment that encourages work-life balance while providing substantial support through technology. Therapists can utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to manage scheduling, documentation, and client interactions efficiently. With regular peer collaboration and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, clinicians are equipped with the resources they need to provide optimal care.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Utilize our sophisticated digital tools for automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal tracking to tailor and adjust treatment plans for individual clients. \n
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation through our reliable therapist portal, streamlining the administrative process so you can focus more on patient care. \n
- Implement therapeutic models, including behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brief therapy modalities, to guide effective counseling sessions. \n
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, focusing on individuals with a range of emotional and psychological disorders. \n
- Diagnose mental health disorders utilizing the DSM-V standards, developing effective treatment plans based on established practice guidelines. \n
- Offer therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources to help clients navigate their challenges toward improved mental health. \n
Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, encompassing adults dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD). \n
- An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC); multiple state licenses are highly valued. \n
- Proficiency in technology with a willingness to integrate digital solutions into clinical practice. \n
- A dedication to providing care to diverse populations and a commitment to culturally sensitive treatment methodologies. \n

- Experience in a community health setting or outpatient therapy practice. \n
- Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy platforms. \n
- Prior experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for holistic client care. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
