About the Job

Join a High-Level Surgical Team.

We're a specialty periodontal and implant practice focused on precision, efficiency, and long-term patient outcomes.

No experience? No problem. We're more interested in mindset than résumé-and we're willing to train the right person.

Our assistants are actively involved in implant surgery, grafting procedures, and modern digital workflows-not just basic assisting.

What You'll Do:

Assist in periodontal and implant surgeries.
Support clinical flow and patient experience.
Help coordinate surgical and digital workflows.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory.

What Makes This Role Different:

Exposure to implants, grafting, and surgical procedures.
Hands-on use of intraoral scanners and 3D printing.
Involvement in guided implant workflows and digital case planning.
