Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice and guidance based on their specific requirements.
• Accurately identify and locate available parts using catalogues, databases, and other resources.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that parts are stocked and organized efficiently.
• Process orders for both retail and service department customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with service technicians and provide support to ensure the proper parts are available for vehicle repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and technical advancements in automotive parts and accessories.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including managing sales transactions, maintaining records, and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive parts or services is a plus.
• Proven experience in an automotive parts environment or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and industry practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using parts catalogues, inventory management software, and other computer applications.
