This is a place where engineers make a real impact, not just in meetings, but on the shop floor.The Manufacturing Engineer develops, improves, and supports manufacturing processes for precision-machined components from new product introduction through production. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. Key Responsibilities:

•     Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methods

•     Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements

•     Support CNC machining operations including process validation and troubleshooting

•     Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput

•     Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles

•     Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including routings, BOMs, and process sheets

•     Support new product launches from prototype through full production

•     Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues

•     Evaluate equipment capabilities and recommend capital improvements as needed

•     Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements

•     Collaborate with quality, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams

Required:

•     3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machining or production environment

•     Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing methods

•     Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T

•     Experience with manufacturing documentation

•     Strong problem-solving and project management skills

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

•     Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)

•     Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing

•     Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
