Technology Manager - Aurora, CO Overview Be a part of a revolutionary change! Our Technology Manager will manage technical development, engineering standards, and improvement programs for the assigned technology family, ensuring capability building, mid-term performance improvement, and consistent standard deployment across sites. Responsibilities Lead engineering improvement initiatives and the development of standards within the assigned technology family, ensuring alignment with strategic manufacturing and business objectives. Own the development of engineering solutions where applicable, balancing performance improvements with cost efficiency and operational feasibility. Manage cross-site and/or cross-technology projects, including planning, execution, and validation. Own and manage scoped budgets for technology projects, ensuring effective resource utilization and alignment with performance targets. Coordinate with site, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of engineering standards and continuous improvement practices. Author, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Transfer Package (KTP) content linked to reliability learnings. Provide structured design feedback to OEMs, ensuring approved changes are version-controlled and effectively communicated across sites. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Proven experience in a manufacturing or technical/engineering environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, aligned with functional skill matrix requirements. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of advanced analytical and problem-solving tools. Willingness and ability to travel, with no mobility restrictions. Strong competencies in analytical thinking, action orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, and creativity. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $114,400 - $143,000 Nice To Have Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required) What We Offer We offer employees a competitive base salary and the potential to receive a discretionary annual bonus. Employees (and their families) may enroll in medical, dental, and vision plans. Flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care, and health savings accounts for those who choose a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) are available. Employees are auto-enrolled in the company’s 401(k)/Deferred Profit Sharing (DPS) Plan, with 5% employer matching and annual employer contributions. As a new hire, you will enjoy paid vacation time, paid sick time, 12 paid company holidays, and 3 paid floating holidays. We also provide paid parental leave, paid family and medical leave, paid bereavement leave, paid sick and safe time, paid public emergency leave, paid time off for jury duty, and paid time off for certain activities related to status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or crime. Unpaid leave options include National Guard and reserve leave, civil air patrol leave, qualified volunteer leave, and other approved activities.
