Material Planner

Material PlannerFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Material Planner to generate and present weekly reports on material shortages and review and analyze BOM costs on a quarterly basis. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Management Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Material Planner will manage inventory levels to align with business needs and financial goals, coordinate materials quotation activities to meet deadlines, and assist this Supply Chain Management Department as needed.Responsibilities:Generate and present weekly reports on material shortages to the team for timely resolutionReview and analyze BOM costs on a quarterly basis to manage expenses effectivelyConduct bi-monthly reviews of E&O inventory to mitigate financial impactPrepare and maintain reports on project liabilities related to costs and materialsOversee and manage inventory levels to align with business needs and financial goalsEnsure accuracy and reliability of various reports including CTB, DNS, Commit reports, and PPVManage all materials-related activities for the assigned programsCoordinate materials pipelining to ensure a smooth transition of materialsManage and communicate all material requirements to internal stakeholders and suppliersDrive timely delivery of materials to meet customer and production schedulesSupport PPV and ECO management to ensure cost-effective and timely implementationOther Duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredExperience using Microsoft Office and basic computer skills requiredExperience using SAP MRP system preferredBilingual in Mandarin preferredReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.About Foxconn WI:FII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
