The Role

As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality service, repair, and maintenance for residential and light-commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Diagnostics: Troubleshoot malfunctions and determine the most efficient repair solutions.
Quality Service: Perform maintenance and repairs with technical precision.
Professionalism: Maintain a "white glove" environmentalways wearing floor savers and keeping a pristine workspace.
Fleet Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle.
Safety First: Uphold a safety-conscious attitude on the job site and behind the wheel.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a successful HVAC Technician.
Location: Must currently reside in Ocala, FL.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Requirements: Must pass a thorough background check, drug screen, and possess a clean driving record.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
