Tax Accountant - CPAOne of our clients is looking to hire an Experienced Full Time Tax CPA to join their growing team in Atlanta. Candidates should have 3+ years CPA firm experience and be a licensed CPA.Responsibilities:Prepares and reviews corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, estate and individual tax returnsAssists in tax planningIdentifies client issues, develops innovative solutions for clients, and communicates these with client personnel and direct managers and shareholdersDevelops and maintains business relationships with clients and gains the confidence of top-level client personnelDemonstrates an understanding of clients' businessesProvides leadership in developing staff and effectively educates and delegatesQualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in AccountingCPA Certification3+ years experience with a public accounting firmDetailed and organized with the ability to meet deadlinesClient-oriented work ethic, delivering high-quality resultsDedication to teamwork and leadershipAbility to supervise and train staffStrong analytical, problem-solving and research skillsBenefits include :5 weeks PTOAbility to telecommute 2x a weekCasual DressAbility to choose from 3 different health plans100% Paid M,D,V,STD and LTDFlex TimeSalary Range -$65k - $80k Plus Bonus ($3k - $10k)
