Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and under three years old, featuring models such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly decreases dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, for enhanced operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on the hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, you may have the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly as a dedicated driver. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance kicks in on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. You’re eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
