Sales Specialist

Full-Time | Draper, UT Monday–Friday (Shift options: 8–4 or 9–5)

About the Role

Caddis Capital Management is growing, and we're looking for a driven, closer-mentality Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an inbound sales role - patients are already reaching out for CPAP equipment and related services, and your job is to convert those conversations into completed sales.

We're prioritizing sales talent first. If you're competitive, motivated by commission, and know how to ask for the sale, we can teach you the CPAP/DME side. What we can't teach is drive.

This is an hourly plus commission position. Average commission earnings of $750 per month, with a high performer earning $1,200 per month. No cap on commission.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads across phone, SMS, webchat, email, and form submissions
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and recommend the right equipment - while always working toward the close
• Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale, every time
• Convert inquiries into completed sales, hitting and exceeding personal sales targets
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient care without losing sight of the numbers
• Collaborate with the Digital Sales team on messaging, workflows, and process improvements
• Step in to help cover inbound volume when needed and adapt as priorities shift

Who You Are

• Communicate confidently across phone, text, email, and chat, and adjust your tone for different situations
• Coachable and excited to learn the healthcare/DME side of the business
• Organized, detail-oriented, and care about doing things right the first time
• Flexible and excited to help build and refine a role that will continue to evolve as the program grows

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of proven sales experience required - quota-carrying experience strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, PAP therapy, or DME is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and digital workflows at once
• Experience with SMS messaging platforms (Podium experience is a plus)
