Asset Management Analyst / Associate

Archway Equities is a Beverly Hills–based multifamily real estate investment firm focused on value-add and opportunistic acquisitions across high-growth Sun Belt and West Coast markets, including Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Raleigh/Research Triangle, the Bay Area, and Southern California. We own and operate a portfolio of roughly 4,000+ units across 15+ communities, working alongside best‑in‑class third‑party property managers to drive performance at the asset level. We are building out our Texas presence and hiring an Asset Management Analyst / Associate based in Dallas. This is a high‑visibility seat with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real opportunity to grow with a firm that is actively acquiring. Role Description As an Asset Management Analyst / Associate, you’ll be a central part of how we monitor, protect, and grow the value of our portfolio. You’ll own the day‑to‑day analytical work that keeps our assets on plan: tracking performance against budget, reviewing operating results, holding our property managers accountable, and helping execute the business plan on each deal. The role spans the full ownership lifecycle, from post‑close stabilization through value‑add execution and eventual disposition or refinance. This is a hands‑on, numbers‑driven seat that touches nearly every part of the business. You’ll work most closely with the Director of Asset Management and partner regularly with our acquisitions, accounting, and construction teams, as well as our third‑party management companies. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in multifamily asset management, acquisitions, property management analytics, commercial real estate, or a related finance / analytical role Strong command of Excel and comfort building and auditing models from operating data (rent rolls, T12s, budgets) Sharp analytical instincts — you can look at a set of numbers and quickly tell what’s working, what isn’t, and what to ask about A self‑starter who is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assets and deadlines at once Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with property managers, lenders, and senior leadership Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field Based in Dallas area; able to work in‑office and travel to properties as needed Nice to Have Direct multifamily experience in Texas markets Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage / OneSite) Exposure to value‑add execution, CapEx tracking, and renovation programs Understanding of real estate debt, lender reporting, and joint‑venture / partnership structures Experience with affordable / LIHTC assets a plus What You’ll Do Monitor property‑level performance across the portfolio — occupancy, leasing velocity, rent growth, delinquency, expenses, and NOI — and flag variances to budget and underwriting Review weekly and monthly reporting from third‑party property managers; prepare variance analyses and surface issues that need attention Build and maintain rent roll, T12, and operating analyses; reforecast performance and help prepare and review annual budgets Track execution of each asset’s business plan, including value‑add renovation programs, capital projects, and revenue initiatives Help prepare quarterly investor reporting, ownership distributions, and lender / loan‑compliance reporting and draw requests Coordinate with property managers on staffing, pricing strategy, renewals, and operational performance Why Archway Direct mentorship from and daily collaboration with the Director of Asset Management and senior leadership Broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle — operations, capital markets, dispositions, and acquisitions A growing platform where strong performers earn increasing responsibility quickly Competitive compensation including base salary and performance bonus (commensurate with experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr Archway Equities
