About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Philanthropy to lead the strategic development and execution of fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to support the organization's mission of providing affordable, high-quality care. This role is pivotal in driving philanthropic efforts that directly impact the well-being of the community, and the Executive Director will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the philanthropic strategy aligns with the overall goals of the organization. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Philanthropy include overseeing the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns, events, and programs, as well as managing a team of development professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in major gift solicitation, grant writing, and donor stewardship. A deep understanding of the healthcare or related sector is essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and engaging both internal and external stakeholders in the philanthropic vision. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
