Job Description ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long‑term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise. WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL We are talking with Registered Nurses in Richmond, Kentucky, and the surrounding 10‑mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre‑screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs, we have qualified nurses ready. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license Current BLS certification Any clinical specialty welcome: Med‑Surg, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Psych, Home Health All experience levels — new grads to 20+ years Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, contract, or direct‑hire opportunities WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Nurse‑led screening. COMPENSATION Pay rates vary by facility, shift, and specialty. Our typical RN engagements pay $30 – $45 per hour. We'll discuss specifics when we know what kind of role fits your goals.
