Pom Wonderful is seeking an Arils Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance for high-speed Ready-to-Eat (RTE) production, including extraction, arils processing, packaging, and utilities. You will guide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while troubleshooting PLC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation equipment to maximize uptime. The role requires leadership to coach maintenance staff, coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Safety, #J-18808-Ljbffr
