Job Details

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Obtain Certification in J-STD
  • Obtain Certification in ESD
  • Maintains effective documentation to ensure quality
  • Maintain a neat and tidy work area
  • Consistently meets all quality and production goals
  • Follow and perform assembly from work instructions and/or engineering drawings
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with OE, QE and ME to establish and improve quality goals
  • Measure TAC time and cycle time to meet customer demand
  • Complete and maintain daily log books for downtime, scrap, and production

  • Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and apply knowledge gained from work instructions
  • Ability to work in an empowered team-work based organization
  • Basic mechanical skills work with hand tools

Education / Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1 to 3 years of Mechanical Experience is required.
