Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is hiring energetic Personal Trainers/Coaches to lead our science-backed group workouts and help clients reach their goals. Why Orangetheory
- Pay: $50–$55 per class (average, based on utilization)
- Commissions on certain membership sales & upgrades

- If you have coached OTF in the past year: $300 bonus after 60 days

- Offer exercise modifications for all fitness levels
- Passion for fitness and motivating others
- Working knowledge of exercise science and technique
- Fitness certification- must have one of the following: NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA, ACE or ACSM
- 1+ year of group fitness or personal training experience
- Supportive, upbeat team culture
- Flexible hours (day, evening, and weekend options)

- Holiday shifts may be required
- Ability to substitute coach in our sister studio Ardmore
