An established and respected independent ophthalmology group is seeking a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Refractive and Cataract Surgery to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build a highly customized practice, enjoy significant surgical volume, and work toward partnership in a well-supported environment.

• Fully equipped on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

• Collaborative team consisting of:
  • 1 Ophthalmologist
  • 3 Optometrists
• Dedicated and experienced support staff
• Scribe support available
• Strong optometric co-management model allowing surgeons to focus on complex and surgical cases

• 30-40 evaluation patients per day
• 20-30 surgical cases per surgery day
• Surgery schedule:
  • Every Wednesday
  • Every other Monday

Physicians with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply:

• Cataract Surgery
• Refractive Surgery
• LASIK
• General Ophthalmology (optional based on preference)

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship Training in Refractive and/or Cataract Surgery preferred
• Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
