Sigma HomeCare is seeking dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one support for a client in the Westland area.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.00-18.40 per hour
• Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Prepare light meals and snacks
• Assist with mobility and safety supervision
• Help with household tasks and organization
• Accompany clients on walks, errands, or recreational activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Document care provided during each shift

Caregiver Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
