Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Oak Ridge, TN. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with treatment plans, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes. This position is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 13-hour shifts. Some weekends might be required. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Oak Ridge, TN 37830 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments and report changes in condition to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
