Salary: $20 - $26/hr

OWL Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is excited about our new building we are moving to in a few months,and are looking for an experienced and versatile Dental Assistant to join our fun, compassionate, and fast-paced pediatric & ortho teams! If you love working with kids, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to be part of a practice that truly values patient experience and teamworkwed love to meet you.

Our team is passionate about creating positive, comfortable dental visits for children and families, and were looking for someone who shares that heart.

Your Role

Assist doctors during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures
Help create a calm, friendly, and engaging experience for children
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Accurately document clinical notes and follow practice protocols
Support patient flow to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

Dental assisting experience required
Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Calm, friendly demeanor with children of all ages & all abilities

Preferred (but not required):

Previous pediatric & ortho experience preferred
Coronal polishing certification
Sealant certification
Nitrous oxide monitoring certification
