SHIFT LEAD

Run smooth shifts at our Inner Rail Food Hall stall - lead the crew, own the line, and keep quality high when it gets busy. Shift Leads keep the smash line moving. You'll open or close the stall, lead a small crew, manage counts and prep lists, and make the calls that keep food quality high and wait times short. This is the first step on our management path as we grow across Omaha. What You'll Do Open and close the stall, including counts and cash handling Lead and coach 2-5 team members per shift Own the griddle line during peak hours Manage prep lists, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries Handle guest concerns with care and confidence What We're Looking For 1+ year of restaurant experience, some of it on a grill or line Comfortable leading peers and giving feedback Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure ServSafe or Douglas County food handler permit a plus Perks & Benefits Free shift meals Consistent full-time schedule Paid training and certification support Priority consideration for management roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
