Role Description The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greenwood Village, CO. This role oversees regional sales activities, leads business development initiatives, and drives marketing efforts to expand JadaPay’s presence and customer base. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include setting sales targets, managing pipelines, coaching and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring consistent customer service standards across the region. The Director will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnership programs that align with JadaPay’s values and growth objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance revenue, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of driving regional growth and building long‑term client relationships. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance analysis, and process optimization. Demonstrated strength in Customer Service, with the ability to instill a customer‑centric culture and resolve complex client issues. Proven Team Management skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Background in payments, merchant services, financial services, or related industries is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort representing the company to clients and partners. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data and market insights into actionable plans.
