Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline. (Preferred: System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) Requirements management experience Experience with Avionics, System Design, Software development and/or System Test Engineering Processes F-16 Program Experience Experience planning, overseeing, and directing engineering program tasks as a Tech Lead Experience supporting new business proposals by writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and estimating the cost, schedule, and resources required to perform program engineering tasks Desired Skills F-16 Avionics and/or Software Experience Experience with system design Experience with Agile Software Development Process and tools (JIRA) Experience F-16 engineering requirements and interface tools (TASER, SIMS, DOORS, FrameMaker) Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO) Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance.
