Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in the stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting.
• Monitor and titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, and anti-hypertensives per orders.
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with charge RNs, house supervisors, and clinical associates to ensure quality care.
• Operate and monitor Phillips telemetry equipment and respond to remote surveillance alerts.
