Assistant Administrator – Skilled Nursing Facility (Atlanta Area)

A well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Atlanta area is seeking a motivated, licensed Assistant Administrator to support daily operations and assist with regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with prior Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience who is passionate about resident-centered care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with daily facility operations

• Support compliance and survey readiness

• Collaborate with department leaders

• Help drive quality and performance initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license required

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
