The Role We're looking for a driven, outgoing, and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our New York team. Whether you're a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start a career in sales, this role gives you the chance to learn from experienced professionals, build valuable business skills, and make a real impact from day one. We'll teach you everything you need to know about sales, business development, client relationships, and closing deals. What You'll Be Doing Help grow our business by connecting with exciting companies and decision-makers. Identify new opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Learn how to pitch innovative media and data solutions to business leaders. Support meetings, presentations, and proposals alongside senior team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Keep track of sales activity and opportunities using our CRM tools. Collaborate with an international team to develop creative growth strategies. Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and continuously improve your skills. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication and people skills. Confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Bachelor's degree. Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks. Interest in sales, business, startups, technology, or media. Fluent English skills (additional languages are a bonus). Previous sales experience is not required.
