2nd Shift Industrial Custodian – $18/hr
WorkSolved Staffing is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Industrial Custodian for a full-time position with a well-established manufacturing company. This position is responsible for keeping production areas, common spaces, restrooms, and other areas of the facility clean, safe, and organized.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, and enjoys staying active throughout the shift.
Position Details
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Environment: Industrial / Manufacturing Facility
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility
- Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Clean production and warehouse areas as needed
- Wipe down surfaces, doors, windows, and fixtures
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Assist with spill cleanup and general facility cleanliness
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns when noticed
- Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, industrial, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to safely lift approximately 30–50 lbs as needed

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of keeping the facility clean and organized. This position is well suited for someone who prefers hands-on work and enjoys working independently in an industrial environment.
