Industrial Sales Representative- South Carolina

Job Summary We're seeking a driven and results oriented Outside Industrial Sales Representative to develop and grow business across the state of South Carolina. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or skilled trades who thrives in a field-based, relationship-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to customers in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and heavy industrial. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships within the South Carolina territory Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities Conduct on-site client visits to assess needs and present service solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and service agreements Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM systems Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, Electronics, or technical sales preferred) Strong understanding of industrial environments and customer needs Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Michigan Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Monthly expense account Mileage/travel reimbursement Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Why Join the TEAM?
