Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Westlake Village, CA. This position manages a caseload from intake through resolution, including gathering client information, organizing medical records and bills, tracking treatment progress, and maintaining detailed case files. The Case Manager communicates regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to obtain documentation, schedule appointments, and provide case updates. Daily responsibilities include drafting correspondence and summaries, assisting with demand packages, coordinating with attorneys on case strategy, and ensuring deadlines and follow-up tasks are met. The role also involves maintaining accurate data in case management systems and supporting the legal team in preparing files for negotiation, mediation, or trial. Qualifications Experience with case management in a legal, medical, or insurance setting, including organizing documentation and tracking case milestones. Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, providers, and insurance representatives. Solid organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with office software and case management systems, including data entry, document management, and basic reporting. Attention to detail in reviewing documents, summarizing medical records, and preparing materials for attorney review. Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and to take initiative in solving problems and advancing cases. Prior personal injury or civil litigation experience is strongly preferred. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., legal studies, paralegal, healthcare administration) is a plus.
