Desired Background and Skills:

• Valid license or eligibility as an SLP in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) in progress/completed
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
• Adaptability and readiness to work in varied locations throughout the week
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and intervention for students requiring speech-language services
• Manage diverse caseloads as you rotate through different districts
• Work supportively with staff to design effective, individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with all stakeholders
• Offer an in-person alternative where remote services are not appropriate or requested
