Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Assist with external transports. - Call out missing skills.

Shift & Scheduling: - Marlborough 5:45p - 6:15a; Med Center 6:45p - 7:15a. - Every other weekend. - Every other holiday. - Monday-Friday schedule.

Floating Requirements: - Will be required to float to other campuses, as needed. Locations include Marlborough, University, and Memorial.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
