Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs, behaviors, and physical status
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

What You'll Need:

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
