Qualifications

• Current LPN license
• At least one year of experience in a facility setting
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test completed within the last year
• Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Gather and record patient information accurately
• Provide wound care and educate patients
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions
• Assist patients with daily living activities as required
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Perform additional LPN tasks as needed by the facility
