We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Energy Program Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you'll educate homeowners about California's energy regulations and help eligible residents enroll in available no-cost energy programs.

This is not a product sales position . You won't be selling solar panels, windows, roofing, or other home improvement products. Instead, you'll meet with homeowners, explain available energy programs, answer questions, verify eligibility, and assist with the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to explain available energy programs and current California energy regulations.
• Educate residents on available no-cost services and determine eligibility.
• Guide qualified homeowners through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed.
• Represent the company professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Customer service, outreach, or enrollment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
